As I qualified Separation Anxiety Professional, I am passionate about helping your dog cope with being home alone. I use kind, fear free, tried and tested methods designed to teach your dog how to be on their own.
The answer is, no-one really knows. Studies have shown that some dogs can be genetically pre-disposed to Separation Anxiety. Early life experiences may also play a part if they were taken from their mum too early or if they have had a bad experience. If mum was stressed during pregnancy, this can have an impact on the puppies. Or, it might just be that they have never been taught how to be alone.
Training plans are easy to follow, simple to use and will just involve ticking boxes when an exercise has been completed and writing a quick note on your day's progress with a video link if applicable. This will all be explained in our initial consultation.
